"When it comes to mountain biking, there aren’t too many women around." Huh??? What kind of statement is that?? 20 years ago I would have agreed with this, but times have changed!! And only 10% to 30% of all riders are female?? I find that hard to believe too.

So you fly jets? What airline do you work for, and what equipment are you on? (I'm looking at getting a private pilot's license soon, maybe leading to commercial...not airlines but maybe something bush for a summer job up in Canada).
